*NOTE: FBE Limited LLC (“FBE”), wholly owns FBE Finvest, LLC referred to above as the “Family Office.” Please see “References to the Family Office” section of the Disclaimers page for important information about the Family Office. formed Opus Investment Management LLC (“Opus Investment”), which registered with the SEC in 2021 as an investment adviser, and Opus Capital Management LLC (“Opus Capital”) in 2003, hereafter collectively referred to as “Opus” to manage the Opus private investment funds (the “Opus Funds”). The Opus Funds are Opus Fund LLC, Opus Preferred Fund LLC and Opus Fund International Ltd. Each of the Opus Funds has its own classes, also referred to as strategies, all of which are distinct as described in the offering documents (the “Offering Documents”). Opus Capital is the Administrative Manager to the Funds. Opus Capital is responsible for all of the Funds’ administrative matters, such as accounting, net asset value calculations, reporting, investor relations, and marketing. Opus Investment is the investment manager to the Funds. Opus Investment is managed and supervised based on an overall basis by its management committee (the “Management Committee”). The Investment Committee for the Opus Investment Fund-of-Funds Division (the “Fund-of-Funds Investment Committee”) makes all investment decisions and decides on all investment allocation and re- allocation determinations for the Opus Funds, which decisions are carried out by the Opus Investment Fund-of-Funds Division (the “Fund-of-Funds Division”) executive officers in their respective roles. Note: The Fund of Funds Investment Committee will have the exclusive authority to make all investment decisions and to decide on all investment allocation and re-allocation determinations, which decisions will be carried out by Fund-of Funds Division Executive Officers in their respective roles.
